The Purchase Participation Program Advantage is designed to put the power of your purchase in 16 wells instead of just 1 well.

Purchasing one (1) single 2.50% share in oil drilling/exploration venture generally cost $4,000 drilling and if successful, completion cost runs an additional $4,000. For approximately $8,000 you get 2.50% in a single well. For $8,750 you receive 1.25% interest in approximately sixteen (16) oil wells.

We will look for more leases that have oil zones that offer us the opportunity to purchase these leases. Present Participants will be offered the right to join any new ventures. With oil exploration cost on the rise along with completion and equipment prices that have more than double, this opportunity give anyone interested of getting involved , this can be the best way: low risk (instead of one well, here is the opportunity to possible own interest in (16) wells plus tax benefits and depletion allowance advantages that come along with oil revenue. Presently 15% of oil revenue is free of taxes.

Each unit purchased consist of tangible and intangible cost:
Tangible Cost such as pumping unit,, tank battery, rods, tubing equipment etc.
Intangible cost such work-over rigs to pull and clean out well bore, acidizing, changing down-hole pumps, insurance, bonds crews, operating cost, etc.

These expenses can be written of at 100% in the year occurred.

There is also a oil depletion allowance on oil produced. Check with your accountant.
